The entrance hall leads into a good sized lounge-dining area equipped with television (Spanish and SKY Digital channels), a radio-cassette player, two ceiling fans, and open chimney and central heating.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. In a separate utility room there is a washing machine and dryer.

Off the lounge, a hall leads to the three bedrooms – one with double bed and en-suite bathroom – and two others both with twin beds, sharing a shower room. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The rectangular swimming pool is 8 x 4m and has metal steps and a poolside shower. The spacious terrace is well equipped with BBQ, gazebo and 6 sunbeds, plus table and chairs on the porch for eating ‘al fresco’.

There is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars within the main gates of the property. An ideal choice of accommodation in the summer months for families or couples, with the privacy of a walled garden and no overlooking houses yet within close proximity to amenities.
