A good sixed entrance hall leads into an interior courtyard which is flanked on one side by the guest wing and on the other by the lounge. The guest wing consists of two twin-bedded rooms and a full bathroom. The very spacious lounge-dining room, furnished to a very high standard, has Spanish TV and BBC channels plus a video.

An internal open plan staircase leads from the lounge upstairs to the master suite – consisting of a spacious bedroom with a “super” king size bed, mirrored dressing room and large ensuite bathroom with twin basins and separate shower. The bedroom balcony overlooks the pool and has a view of the sea and surrounding countryside.

All windows and doors have mosquito nets. The kitchen, located off of the lounge, has a breakfast bar and indoor BBQ and is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, 2 ring gas hob and griddle, electric oven and dishwasher. Double doors from the kitchen lead out onto a covered terrace which overlooks the pool and garden. The pool is rectangular in shape and very large (measuring 12m x 6m) with roman steps leading into it and beautiful surrounding terraces and lawn. There is a also a poolside shower and W.C.
