The entrance to the villa has electronic gates leading to ample parking and a well established garden surrounding the house and pool, with an exterior BBQ area near the kitchen. The main floor of the villa consists of a spacious lounge and dining-room equipped with air conditioning unit, TV (available satellite channels to be confirmed), leading onto a glazed sun-terrace with ceiling fan, and open terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

The independent, modern kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bedrooms, one with double bed and air conditioning unit and the other with two single beds, both have blinds and mosquito nets and share a full bathroom with coloured suite.

The third bedroom, with exterior access, on the lower level, has two singles beds with an en suite bathroom, and leads directly into the garden.

The 9 x 4m swimming pool is rectangular, with both metal and roman steps and surrounded by garden with a terrace and outside shower.

A comfortable villa, in one of the most residential areas of Moraira, ideal for families - particularly those with teenagers as the downstairs apartment gives them a certain amount of independence. Clients are asked to refrain from smoking inside the house.
