Casa Ambiente is a privately owned villa which has been tasetfully restored to provide comfortable and spacious accomodation. Situated in the 'La Vina' area of Moraira the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with the accomodation all on one level. This villa benefits from a new swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m (with roman steps) as well as mature gardens and a purpose built barbecue.

Entry to Casa Ambiente is via a sliding gate with parking for two cars. An open naya with feature Spanish tiles leads to the main entrance where you will find a large dining room with open plan kitchen. The kitchen is brand new and includes high quality units and integrated appliances. There is an oven, hob, integrated fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and microwave.

The lounge is large and tastefully appointed with quality furnishings and a TV with basic satellite channels, VCR player and CD stereo. Patio doors lead to the terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens.

A hallway leads to the double master bedroom with modern fitted wardrobes and a brand new ensuite shower room. The two further 'twin' bedrooms share a second bathroom.

Outside is a large terrace overlooking the pool and a second rear terrace provides shade. A purpose built pool shower and brick barbecue with shaded seating are also provided. The gardens are filled with mature shrubs and plants and are very private and unoverlooked.

It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a child.
