Perched on the hillside just a a short distance from both the beach and Moraira village, Casa Blanca can only be described as imposing at first sight and more importantly in an ideal location for the perfect holiday.

Casa Blanca is a large split-level whitewashed villa, with uninterrupted views over vineyards and almond orchards to the sea. On the upper level is a dining-room opening to a glazed naya and onto a roof terrace with sea views, a living room, also opening onto a terrace, with a large built in barbeque, lovely views and a full kitchen.

A half-flight of stairs leads down to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bathroom. A further half-flight of stairs leads to a small reading-room with patio doors leading down to the pool. On this level are two twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and another bathroom.

There is also a self-contained duplex apartment attached to the villa (this can be accessed internally through a hallway or kept independent to make two separate homes). The apartment also has independent access to the pool area. Facilities include a twin bedroom, opening onto a terrace, a king size bedroom, large fitted wardrobes, an open plan kitchen, lounge/diner and shower room.

The 8x4m pool has roman steps and pool terrace with large built-in tiled dining table and poolside shower. There is a small garden with palm trees and various mature shrubs and plants.

It is possible to add an additional two folding beds for children.
