Villa Azure is a fully equipped detached villa complete with private pool, situated on a quiet residential street in the Montemar area of Moraira.

Divided into two apartments the villa has no internal staircase so is ideal for large group or two families sharing.

The upper level has views to the valley and hillside and the various terraces provide both sun and shade. There is a poolside shower and built -in BBQ with ample patio furniture.

Upper level - Entry via a glazed naya (conservatory) with dining table and chairs and lovely valley views. Lounge with three piece suite, a further dining table and chairs, TV with basic satellite package and a DVD player. The fully equipped American style kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer, microwave and ample cooking and table ware. There is one double and one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms incude air conditioning systems.

Outside are well established gardens with a variety of trees and shrubs, driveway for two cars and bbq/seating area and swimming pool of rectangular shape measuring 8m x 4m.
