Casa Robis is a privately owned villa which has been tastefully and sympathetically restored by its owners to the highest of standards. Situated in the 'Montemar' area of Moraira the house sits on extensive grounds with magnificent views across the valleys with an unobscured view of the Mediterrranean sea stretching from the hill tops of Cumbre to the sky line of Calpe town.

The house is reached through double electronic gates via a steep driveway leading to a pretty Spanish style courtyard with parking for four cars as well as an additional separate pedestrian entrance with intercom entry system and steps leading up to the house. A few steps from the front courtyard is the main entrance which opens onto a large lounge / diner and the brand new fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, integrated fridge, integrated freeezer, microwave a dishwasher (a washer and dryer are situated in a separate large utility room next to the garage.)

On the main level is a further lounge with incredible sea views, access to a small balcony and stairs to an outdoor private roof terrace that is a true sun trap with incredible 360 degree views from the roof of the villa. A further large terrace is also located on the main level (accessed via the lounge) and includes a bar area (with drinks fridge), dining table and chairs and large awnings to provide cover from the sun when needed.

On this main level is a further hallway leading to the master bedroom suite with modern fitted wardrobes, a further small balcony over looking the entrance courtyard and a large full bathroom compete with walk in shower and corner bath with all of the fittings of the highest quality in a Spanish provincial style.

A seperate guest WC is also available on the main level.

An impressive tiled staircase leads down to the second double bedroom which includes a desk, sofa, fitted wardrobes and further incredible sea views. On this lower level there is a further twin bedded room and another high quality bathroom as well as use of a well equipped gymnasium.

Every aspect of Villa Robis has been carefully planned for relaxed luxury living and this includes air conditioning in the main living areas as well as quality antique style spanish floor tiles throughout and a variety of impressive artwork adorning the interior walls.

Outside, down a few steps is a large terrace with a 10m x 5m pool with Roman steps, a grand 'compass' design features in the pool tiling and a pool side shower is also provided. The grounds are filled with established plants, trees and shrubs and offer sun on the South facing terraces and shade to the rear. There is a built in BBQ area with spanish style stone dining facilites for Al Fresco dining. The gardens are enclosed by walls around the entire perimeter and the property is completely unoverlooked by the neigbourhing houses.
