Al Mar is located on an impressive sized plot in the quiet residential area of Pinar del Abogat, yet within a very short driving distance of Moraira´s golden beaches and town. It laid out on one level, with lockable wrought iron gates at the entrance leading to a large open courtyard at the front with a graveled parking area leading up to the front door.

The central hallway leads to bedrooms, bathroom and a comfortably furnished lounge with American style open plan kitchen. The lounge opens onto a very spacious glazed naya, with dining table and chairs and a impressive view of the sea.

The master (double-bedded) suite comprises an en-suite full bathroom and there are two other bedrooms (with twin singles) and another full bathroom.All bedrooms are of a good size.

The garden accessed from the Naya is made up of several patio and gravelled areas with extensive flowers, trees and shrubs. The pool is heated and measures 9m x 4m (with a depth of 1´00 to 2´00) and has Roman steps in the shallow end and spacious surrounding terraces to accomodate the ample pool side furniture provided. Adjacent to the pool is a large built-in barbecue area with built in stone table and chairs, an outside fridge and even washing-up facilities, all contained within mature walled-in gardens.

It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a child.
