The pool measures an impressive 12m x 6m and benefits from Roman steps in the shallow end. There is also a built in barbecue area, outdoor shower and ample garden furniture. To the front is a large shaded Naya for dining outside Al Fresco.

Inside the villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated. The large entrance hallway has stone archways leading into the lounge / diner and on to the kitchen diner / utility. A luxury English style kitchen provides seating and all mod cons.

The main hallway also leads to childrens bedroom with bunk beds, three further bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two luxury bathrooms.
