Villa la Concha is situated in the Portet area of Moraira within a short walking distance of Portet's sandy beach, various bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. It offers all of the outside facilites that you would expect from a large villa at a fraction of the price. It is also just a five minute drive from Moraira Town and its multitude of bars, restuarants and main beach.

Accomodation consists of a one bed-roomed garden apartment below a large (unoccupied) villa on a large mature private plot. Accommodation comprises a large living/dining room, kitchen with built-in hob (but no oven), microwave and fridge, a small washing and ironing area with washing machine, a shower room and a bedroom with twin beds.

Outside is a spacious and shaded terrace area leading to the large 9m x 5m private swimming pool, surrounding terraces, upper terrace (with stunning views of the valley to the sea) and mature well-maintained gardens.

It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a child.
