Villa Felicidad is a detached villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac a few meters from the fairways of Moraira's golf course.

Entry to the villa is via secure gates with parking for two cars. An open naya (conservatory) leads in through the front door to the open plan lounge. The villa is well presented and fully equipped for the perfect holiday in comfort and tranquillity.

The accommodation is all on one level and consists of a large lounge, separate dining room, open-plan kitchen with large utility room, a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and three further bedrooms and another full bathroom.

The lounge has comfortable sofas and TV with basic satellite channels and a DVD player. There is a large dining table for six people and ample dining and cook-ware. The kitchen is complete with full oven, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in the separate utility room.

All four bedrooms benefit from air conditioning systems.

Outside there is an pleasant 8 X 4 pool with ladder steps and a SLIDE!!! Several terraces for relaxing and gardens with mature shrubs. There is a feature built in BBQ and ample terrace furniture for al-fresco dining.

It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a child.
