There is an entrance on one side via a small hall which leads to the cloakroom, kitchen and the lounge, with dining room through arch, and casement doors to the shady front porch and open sun-terrace with external stairs leading down to the pool area and lower floor. The main suite leads off and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The separate kitchen has a gas oven, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The lower floor is on the same level as the swimming pool and comprises a living/dining with kitchenette one double-bedded room, one with twin singles, another with a 1'05 bed (large single) and a shower-room.

Please Note that two of these bedrooms may only be suitable for children as the window is on the other side of a passage. Both rooms have double doors which would have to be left open in the hot weather.

The swimming pool measures 9m x 5m snd is rectangular shaped with tiled steps (depth 1´00 to 2´00). There are spacious surrounding terraces and a brick-built barbecue. The house is on a large half-acre plot, which is tastefully landscaped and carefully maintained, and is situated well back from a quiet cul-de-sac.

It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a child.
