Villa Pepe is a spacious, newly-built property situated in the Baladrar Area of Moraira close to the sea and all amenities. Although we have graded it as "B", it has lots of additional features.

The main entrance is on the same level as the parking area via a spacious shady porch with casement doors to one side of the living/dining room. On the other side is a large picture window and door to the pool area.

The kitchen is separate and features a range of modern units with fridge freezer and built-in gas hob and electric cooker.
There is one bedroom with twin singles, a full bathroom and another large "children's room" with three beds. Please note that this room has a small wardrobe - not built-in!

The upper floor is accessible via a wide staircase and has a double bedded room, two others with twin singles and a full bathroom.

The swimming pool measures 10m x 5m and is of rectangular shape with roman steps, spacious surrounding terraces, brick-built barbecue and outdoor shower facilities.

It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a child.
