Villa Rocincante is a modern residential villa, beautifully furnished and presented by its owners. It is set in its own large well maintained grounds and situated in the Alcassar area of Moraira just a few minutes drive from the town centre of Moraira and the main beach. There are various bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by.

The accommodation is of a very high standard and set on one floor with the upper floor unoccupied at all times during the summer months.

Rocinante offers ample off-street parking and is approached via electronically-controlled gates. The stylish and modern pool area is set on the same level as the accommodation.

The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining area and beautiful naya with double glass doors leading out to the terrace and pool, small separate kitchen with built-in electric hob, oven and fridge, a shower room.

Both bedrooms are of a good size, one with a double bed and another bedroom with twin beds.

The private swimming pool with Roman steps (depths 1'50 to 2'70) is larger than average measuring 11m x 5m, the property and its gardens benefit from a good degree of privacy, spacious and very attractive private terraces and mature well-maintained gardens featuring some mature palms.

The garden is securely walled and has lockable gates with lovely views to distant mountains and the sea.
There is an "al fresco" outdoor dining area (with a good outdoor second kitchen and barbecue) which is situated a number of steps up from the pool area.
