Situated a short drive from both the beach and Moraira village centre, Valle Verde enjoys an ideal location in a quiet residential street in the lovely area of San Jaime. It is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and bars yet stands nestled in a secluded and peaceful neighbourhood.

Valle Verde is a spacious villa on a sizeable plot, laid out on two levels. The furnishings and decor are of a high standard.

On the first floor is a large living room, glazed naya (covered terrace) for dining, separate full kitchen, a very large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing area, an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest cloakroom. From this floor are views of the pool and across the terrace to the sea in the distance. On the lower level, with independent access (no internal staircase), is another kitchen, and three bedrooms (one double and two twins) each with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower-room.
